You have to follow some simple instructions to change the theme in Zikula.
- First download the theme that you want to install. Then extract the file on your hard drive.
- Now upload the files in the theme folder on your site. You have to use FTP to upload the files.
- Once you have uploaded the files. Now login to the admin end. You can see the Site admin panel menu on the left.
- Click on the Site admin panel menu. You can see the following window.
- Now click on the layout module. Layout module controls the look and feel of your site. When you will click on the layout module you can see three options. These are Blocks manager, rendering engine and Theme manager.
- To change the theme of your site, click on the Themes manager option. You can see a number of templates that are already installed in Zikula.
- Click on the regenerated themes list option at the top. It will display the list of latest uploaded themes. Now select the themes that you want to set on your site. Also set the theme ad default theme for your site. Here (*) means default theme.
- Now you are able to set themes in Zikula. You can use themes that are already installed or you can also upload a new theme of your choice.
