Once you are in the Sugar CRM Studio module, you will see both a drop down menu on the left hand side of your screen as well as visual navigation options.

After you have spent some time modifying or adding to your Sugar CRM studio, it’s not a bad idea to export your customizations so that you have a backup in case you need to do a fresh sugar installation or transfer those settings over to another sugar CRM installation.
This image represents a similar layout you will see once you click one of the visual navigation options in the Sugar CRM studio administrator. Under each of the options you will be given further options to edit various fields, layouts, views, labels, etc.
The customization options in Sugar CRM are very thorough – you can change label names, field names, add help text, set items such as whether or not a field is importable, set the maximum field size, etc.
