- Repair
Every administrator of a Sugar CRM system should perform regular maintenance on his or her system. Under the “Repair” section of your Sugar CRM administrator dashboard you will be able to perform a variety checks and rebuilds of the Sugar CRM database files.
The repairs section will allow you to administer certain Sugar CRM maintenance such as rebuilding Sugar CRM databases, extensions, .htaccess files, Sugar Dashlets, and more.
- Sugar Feed
Sugar CRM had a feature called “Sugar Feeds” which can be activated from the administrator control panel. When a Sugar Feed is activated it allows your users to be alerted immediately whenever there is any activity that happens in the system that they should be aware of such as new leads, cases, or opportunities that are created.
Once Sugar Feeds are activated then users can control the way they see the feed by adding a Sugar “Dashlet” to their account.
- Connectors
In Sugar CRM Pro and Enterprise editions you will have the ability to enable multiple connectors to pull data from sources such as Hoovers and ZoomInfo.
When you enable these connectors you will be able to manage the settings such as how fields are mapped to contact details and also configure connector properties such as URLs and APIs.
