If you require additional functionalities of Sugar CRM and want to jump into some more advanced features that the system offers, you can try out the “Module Builder”.



The module builder will allow you to create a new module package and then create a new module that are similar to the opportunities module, standard contact information fields, case fields, document fields, company information, and more.

• Module Loader

If you have downloaded or created some additional custom modules from a site like SugarForge, you can use the “Module Loader” to upload and install these modules that will give your Sugar CRM application more functionality.





Uploading a new module can be done by using the Sugar CRM Module Loader administrator page.



Please note that the Sugar Forge community has a number of add on modules available, some are commercial and some are free of charge. This is a great place to start your search if you have an idea for adding some functionality to your Sugar CRM installation. Once you have found a module you want to try out and have downloaded it, simply come back to the module loader section of your Sugar CRM administrator to add it to your application.
