In this series of short tutorials we are going to cover some of the main features of the Sugar CRM administrator control panel. We will give a brief overview of each option that is available and what they are used for.

To reach your administrator control panel you must first be logged into your Sugar CRM account as an administrator and then navigate to the link in the upper right hand corner of your screen that says “Admin”.
